I am so excited to let you know that I have recently finished building my personal drum studio!

My concept is that I am using world class outboard gear to record and export raw drum tracks of the very highest quality…my goal is to provide the very best organic ingredients for the artist/producer to use whatever spices they deem necessary to suit the needs of their particular vision.

In addition to the vast selection of drums, cymbals and other assorted percussion that I have collected over the years, the studio is equipped with: API 3124+, Vintech 473 (Neve Clone), and Apogee Mini-Me pre amps, Apogee Rosetta 800 Converters, and a well rounded selection of classic vintage, and modern microphones.

For those of you who are engineers, the studio is set up for you to come over and record/produce your own tracks. I have both Pro Tools 7.4 and Logic 8 available for whatever your preference.

For those of you who are not the engineering type or not in the LA area, I am also fully capable of engineering the session myself and have an FTP server that will allow us to collaborate and transfer files via the internet.

Please do feel free to email and ask any questions you may have. It is my desire to fulfill the need of the many artists who also have personal set-ups and would love to have album quality drum tracks recorded specifically for their project and my goal is to be able to continue to record as much as I can with the added convenience of being able to work at home due to my touring schedule and the obvious high maintenance factor of having to travel and route gear all over the place. It’s also a great thing to think about the reality that with current technology I can record a drum track for a producer in Tokyo, London, or even Sydney and deliver it to them during a night’s sleep. It is my mission to let the world know that even though I play in this band or with that artist, I am still accessible to record on your project too.

For scheduling and availability of the studio, please consult the link below for the official Cave Studio online calendar:

This calendar will be frequently updated and accurate. Please do feel free to save this to your favorites for quick reference when planning your next drum session.
